Mason looking forward to Donington on-board the TEAM WD-40 Kawasaki ZX10RR

Mason Law: “I’m very excited to be rolling out of pit lane on Friday to commence my World Superbike debut. I’m looking forward to getting back out at a circuit that is one of my favourites and putting in some solid work with my crew!

We’ve made some great progress with both the bike and myself since round 1 of the BSB championship so it will be good to get back to a circuit I have raced at already this year!

Myself, the team and our partners are looking forward to having some fun this upcoming weekend
which is all about gaining experience listening and learning for me. My bike will be BSB spec and it is solely about getting some competitive miles under my belt before we resume our BSB calendar at Snetterton!

Brent Gladwin GR Motosport Managing Director : ” We are taking this WSB one event entry as a fantastic opportunity to continue Mason’s Superbike rider developemnt. It is quite difficult at this time of the year when everyone is consentrating on the NW 200 and the TT to get meaningful test time. The World Superbike event delivers added exposure for all our partners while supplying valuable high level testing with some great racing thrown in. We know that taking our BSB spec bike to WSB will be like taking a knife to a gun fight but you just never know what can happen until you try.

The WeSubsea Hybrid Dredger Systems

The WeSubsea hybrid dredging system is a standalone diver/ROV dredging and jetting unit designed for the excavation of stiff and hard clay. Our unique systems are the first to offers high powered dredging and true jetting performance in a compact and easy to use package.

Platform Magazine:

In 2017, WeSubsea launched its new standalone Hybrid dredging system, making WeSubsea the first to offer a high powered dredging system with true jetting performance without the need to take power from the dredger.

After extensive trials and testing, it was found that using power from the dredging pump to feed a jetting system gave very little jetting performance, and in fact reduced the suction rate of the dredger.

WeSubsea found that this type of system does not work with the main factor being, when the soil condition requires jetting to assist with dredging, the last thing you want to do is reduce the performance of the dredger.

As Jason Wilson explained: “Our unique hybrid system offers consistent high-performance dredging and jetting in one compact package. The system does not require any additional topside equipment of a separated down line as it utilizes the HPU and umbilical already used to power the dredger. The system can be safely operated by diver ig ROV with the capability of turning the jetting system on- and- off subsea, as and when required.

J2 Subsea and WeSubsea enter into global product representation agreement

J2 Subsea, an Acteon company and part of Seatronics Ltd, has agreed to represent WeSubsea products in the UK and overseas. WeSubsea engineers a full range of Titanium ROV dredgers, which are designed to move sediment on the seabed for a range of subsea applications. J2 Subsea will also present other subsea equipment from WeSubsea.

WeSubsea uses optimaised technology to construct titanium dredgers that use substantially lower pressures and volumes of hydrulic fluids than other ROV dredgers on the market. The small, lightweight titanium dredgers produce powerful suction and are easily operated by either divers or the ROV’s hydraulics. Each dredger is manufactured with minimal parts, to increase operational dependability.

John Walker, director of J2 Subsea, said, “This agreement will add another range of products to our growing ROV Tooling division, and, with the exception of Norway and Canada, the products will be available from J2 Subsea locations globally.”

Walker continued, “WeSubsea’s smaller, lighter, easier to handle dredgers require less fluid than existing products on the market, and can easily be configured to suit the needs of any project. Our customers will save valuable time in their subsea operations with local access to this high-quality technology.”

Rune Svendsen, CEO of WeSubsea, states; “The agreement with J2 Subsea will strengthen our ability to provide our global customers with our proven technology and market leading solutions. This cooperation will ensure the quality of WeSubsea`s products and services, and give WeSubsea an even greater proximity to customers and the subsea market worldwide.

J2 Subsea showcases new WeSubsea Titanium 3” ROV Dredger from WeSubsea at Subsea Asia

J2 Subsea, an Acteon company, is showcasing the We3D, WeSubsea´s new 3” titanium ROV dredger at Subsea Asia, Seatronics booth #1026, this week in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Acteon companies J2 Subsea and Seatronics are now offering WeSubsea´s full range of titanium dredgers from worldwide locations.

The We3D dredger is designed to operate on smaller ROVs and larger work class ROVs. Due to WeSubsea’s optimised and well proven technology, the We3D demands less power input to provide a highly efficient dredger that remains clog-free. Its ability to operate on low power input provides a solution to the lack of efficient dredgers available for smaller ROVs in the industry.

The dredger is constructed from titanium and is highly compact. Its lightweight and robust features ensure that the We3D is easier to mobilise and operate than other solutions in the market.

John Walker, director of J2 Subsea, said, “We are excited to present the We3D dredger at Subsea Asia, as we are growing significantly in the region, and value the opportunity to showcase high-end technology in an important local arena. The new 3” Titanium ROV dredger is considerably more powerful than others currently on the market, easy to use and low maintenance, making it an ideal offering for our customers, who expect to be supplied with top-quality technology.”
